Just read ‘Never Die Easy’, the biography of my favourite Americal Football player, Walter Payton. It’s a simply written but effective tribute to an inspiring man. Absolutely worth a read if you want a the life of a positive role model, on and off the field.
Just back from a week’s holiday in Spain. A client has sent an email to Caroline asking about some training booked for later this week. “Please can you confirm if it is Arnie so I can inform security.”

Saw this when training in Coventry College. There was a full wall display, where teams of two or three students had created an anatomy of the torso on a t-shirt. Great fun, very imaginative, and a great wall display - and accessory for clubbing….!
Working with Sheffield College recently, and this is the training room. It’s converted from the Hillsborough Barracks, and a lovely venue it was, too…
