One of our clients, LateRooms, has been listed as a finalist in the ‘Innovative Call Centre of the Year’ awards.  This is a prestigious award, and according to the shortlisting judges, competition was particularly strong this year.  So congratulations to Kaye and her team, and good luck in April, when the winner is announced….
