Effective Training and Development

Recently one of our clients commissioned us to provide a staff workbook for each of its 4 Core Behaviours. These are now published on their intranet, and act as guides for all staff, to help them put these core behaviours into action. The workbooks provide structured guidance and advice, as well as providing examples for each of the core behaviours and their sub-components.
