Effective Training and Development

Some facts and figures. We’ve worked with 46 separate clients in 2008, and delivered over 400 days’ training and development. We’ve developed 6 completely new programmes, and added 5 new clients. The remaining 41 clients are all repeat business, which we regard as key success measure.

We’ve completely overhauled and relaunched our main web site, and added two more - Slideas and Arnie’s own blog (see links at the foot of this page).

Julie and Arnie have attended a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Conference in Amsterdam, and Julie has attended a further NLP Conference in Edinburgh. Julie and Arnie are now NLP Practitioners, and Diane will be next year.

Arnie has been a keynote speaker at a College Conference in Shrewsbury, and Diane has presented to the Museums Association in Manchester. (We are always happy to be guest speakers at conferences or special events).

We’ve produced a range of additional resources, including mentoring dvds and a support pack; a set of ‘Effective Xtras’ cd-roms; and a range of workbooks for use on the intranet. In conjunction with Matrix, we have also produced our ‘100 Top Tips for Managers’ workbook.

We’ve had a productive and enjoyable year, and look forward to working with you again in 2009.
