Steve Jobs: some favourite quotes

Sun, Nov 20, 2011

Uncategorised

Like many geniuses, Steve Jobs may not have been the nicest man.  However, he was inspirational in many ways.  In memoriam, here are some or our favourite quotes:

“Am willing to tear down walls, build bridges, light fires.  I have great experience, lots of energy, a bit of that ‘vision thing’ and I’m not afraid to start from the beginning” (Self penned resume on Mac website)

“We made the buttons on the screen look so good you’ll want to lick them”

“Be a yardstick of quality.  Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected”

“I want to put a ding in the universe”

“Creativity is just connecting things”

(explaining how easy the i-pod was to use) “Plug it in. Whirrrr.  Done”

Any more favourites out there?
