Training investment in 2009

According to a survey carried out by the CBI, while 13% of those surveyed said they planned to cut training in 2009, half of those surveyed said they would not be cutting, so much as reviewing their training to check whether it was effective and value for money.  So our question to you is: do you have any plans to cut training, increase training, review spends for effectiveness, or find alternatives to training to develop your staff?  We’d be interested in your views….
