Everyone. It should be a compulsory ‘life class’. Miss out, or leave it too late, and you – and your children – will have to pick up the consequences.

By the end of this workshop you will:
  • know the habits you want to keep, and the ones you want to break
  • have at least 12 strategies that are known to work
  • choose the one, or ones, that are most likely to succeed – for you
  • The key role habits play in our life -for good or bad
  • What makes a habit a habit?
  • Why are habits so difficult to change?
  • How to break bad habits, and create new ones
  • A take away plan of what you are going to do
The workshop will be a mix of facilitator input, group discussion, case work, a short video, practical activities, and feedback.

How To Check Availability

You are not required to pay at the point of booking, so if you would like to reserve a workshop date, please feel free to book and pay by invoice later.

Booking Multiple Sessions

You can schedule multiple bookings of a single type (e.g. multiple coaching sessions), however to schedule a different type of booking, please repeat the scheduling process.

Payment Options

You have two payment options when booking. You can choose to pay by card at the point of booking, or to pay later by invoice (BACS).
