Nudge Theory Training Course

Due to demand, we are now offering a one-day open programme on Nudge Theory. The full-day course will run in Manchester on 11th September, 2019 from 10am – 4pm.

The workshop is most helpful for:

  • anybody interested in influencing customer behaviour and sales
  • anyone who would like to see bad habits reduced and good habits improved
  • those wishing to create a more positive climate and environment at work

Outcomes:

By the end of the Nudge Theory workshop you will:

  • be able to explain nudge theory and why it is so helpful in managing behaviour
  • have learnt how nudge theory has been successfully used in everyday life
  • use the EAST approach to positively influence others’ behaviour
  • bring about changes in behaviour that you want to see

Content:

What the workshop includes:

  • knowing what Nudge Theory is, and how and why it works
  • seeing examples of Nudge Theory in action
  • exploring the four key principles, summarised as EAST
  • using EAST to make a positive difference to your own behaviour and to the behaviour of others

Development Method:

Course delivery will be a mix of:

  • Facilitator input
  • Practical examples, including several audio and video excerpts
  • Discussion groups
  • Case study
  • Practical, hands on activities
  • Full underpinning resource pack and slide set, and links to other material
